210.10   General powers of the Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco.

210.10  General powers of the Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco.--

(1)  The Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco is authorized to prescribe and promulgate all rules and regulations necessary to effectuate the provisions of this part consistent with the terms hereof. All cigarette permits issued hereunder shall have printed thereon a notice to the effect that such permit is issued subject to the provisions of this part and said rules and regulations. The division shall provide upon request without charge to any applicant for a permit a copy of this part and the rules and regulations prescribed by it pursuant hereto.

(2)  The division and all officers and employees under this part shall, in the administration thereof and in the administration of the State Beverage Law, have all the authority and power vested in officers and employees of the division as provided by 1s. 561.07, and such power and authority is hereby conferred upon the division and all officers and employees under this part with respect to the administration of this part and also with respect to the administration of the Beverage Law.
