154.3105 Rules.
154.3105 Rules.--Rules governing the Health Care Responsibility Act of 1988 shall be developed by the department based on recommendations of a work group consisting of equal representation by the department, the hospital industry, and the counties. County representatives to this work group shall be appointed by the Florida Association of Counties. Hospital representatives to this work group shall be appointed by the associations representing those hospitals which best represent the positions of the hospitals most likely to be eligible for reimbursement. Rules governing the various aspects of this act shall be adopted by the department. Such rules shall address, at a minimum:
(1) Eligibility determination procedures and criteria.
(2) Certification determination procedures and methods of notification to hospitals.
