121.025   Administrator; powers and duties.

121.025  Administrator; powers and duties.--The director of the Division of Retirement shall be the administrator of the retirement and pension systems assigned or transferred to the Division of Retirement by law and shall have the authority to sign the contracts necessary to carry out the duties and responsibilities assigned by law to the Division of Retirement.
