Chapter 113 Commissions  
113.05   No commission to issue until bond filed.

113.05  No commission to issue until bond filed.--No commission shall be issued by the Governor of this state to any person who is by law required to give bond before entering upon the duties of his or her office until after such bond shall have been duly executed, approved, and filed in the office where it is required by law to be deposited, and official notice thereof given to the Governor.
