39.418   Operations and Maintenance Trust Fund.

39.418  Operations and Maintenance Trust Fund.--Effective July 1, 1996, the Department of Children and Family Services shall deposit all child support payments made to the department pursuant to s. 39.41(2) into the Operations and Maintenance Trust Fund. The purpose of this funding is to care for children who are committed to the temporary legal custody of the department pursuant to s. 39.41(2)(a)8.
