§ 4–681.08(Perm). Rules.
Within 60 days after October 1, 2021, the Chief Financial Officer shall issue rules to implement §§ 4-681.01 through 4-681.06. In drafting the rules, the Chief Financial Officer may consult with the agencies as the Chief Financial Officers considers necessary and appropriate.
