§ 6–507. Delegation of functions

§ 6–507. Delegation of functions.

The Mayor shall delegate the functions enumerated in this chapter to the Director of the Department of Buildings.

Applicability

Section 7276 of D.C. Law 24-45 repealed the applicability provision of section 601 of D.C. Law 23-269 that impacted this section. Therefore the amendment of this section by Law 23-269 has been implemented.

Applicability of D.C. Law 23-269: § 601 of D.C. Law 23-269 provided that the creation of this section by § 501(b) of D.C. Law 23-269 is subject to the inclusion of the law’s fiscal effect in an approved budget and financial plan. Therefore that amendment has not been implemented.
