§ 4–671.12. Budgeting
Universal Citation: DC Code § 4–671.12 (2021)
Beginning in Fiscal Year 2022, the Chief Financial Officer shall assign an individual agency-level code for the Office of the Ombudsperson for Children in the District's financial system.

ApplicabilityApplicability of D.C. Law 23-270: § 301 of D.C. Law 23-270 provided that the creation of this section by § 112 of D.C. Law 23-270 is subject to the inclusion of the law’s fiscal effect in an approved budget and financial plan. Therefore that amendment has not been implemented.
