§ 16–404. Surrogacy agreements authorized
Universal Citation: DC Code § 16–404 (2020)
A surrogacy agreement shall be enforceable; provided, that all parties to the agreement and the agreement itself meet the requirements of [§ 16-405] and [§ 16-406].
