§ 31–2351.11. Provider's conditional right to continue doing business.

Universal Citation: DC Code § 31–2351.11 (2019)

A person engaged in the service contract business, as a provider or otherwise, in the District on or before the applicability date of this chapter that submits an application for registration as a provider pursuant to this chapter within 30 days after the Commissioner makes the application available, may continue to engage in business as a provider in the District until final agency action is taken by the Commissioner regarding the registration application and all rights to administrative judicial review have been exhausted or expired.
