§ 10–168. Moratorium on crumb rubber artificial turf.

Universal Citation: DC Code § 10–168 (2017)

Beginning on the December 13, 2017, there shall be a moratorium on the installation or construction of any synthetic turf fields made from crumb rubber or other materials made from recycled tires on property owned or leased by the District.
