Subchapter I — GENERAL PROVISIONS
Section 47-1332 — Sale by Mayor of all properties.
(a) The Mayor shall sell all real property on which the tax is in arrears unless otherwise provided by law.
(b) The Mayor shall designate a single agency to conduct tax sales in the District.
