Wilful neglect or refusal to support wife or minor child; punishment; order of allowance; recognizance; trial under original charge; evidence of marriage; competency of witnesses; proof of wilful desertion; weekly payments by Superintendent of Workhouse for each day's confinement; collections by Clerk of Court to be deposited with Collector of Taxes and covered into Treasury. [Repealed]
