§ 9001E. Definitions. 84 Del. Laws, c. 246, § 1;
As used in this chapter:
(1) “Advanced placement examination” means any examination administered through the College Board's Advanced Placement Program.
(2) “Institution” means an in-state public institution of higher learning that offers freshman-level courses, including the University of Delaware, Delaware State University, and Delaware Technical and Community College.
