Chapter 3. DELAWARE INTERSCHOLASTIC ATHLETIC ASSOCIATION
§ 302. Definitions.
As used in this chapter:
(1) “Association” means the Delaware Interscholastic Athletic Association.
(2) “Board” means the Board of Directors of the Delaware Interscholastic Athletic Association.
(3) “Department” means the Delaware Department of Education.
(4) “Health-care provider” means a licensed physician (doctor of medicine or doctor of osteopathic medicine), a physician assistant, or an advanced practice registered nurse, who is trained and experienced in the evaluation, management, and care of concussions, or such other licensed health-care professional who is trained and experienced in the evaluation, management, and care of concussions.
(5) “Member school” means a full or associate member school of the Association.
(6) “Secretary” means the Secretary of the Delaware Department of Education.
(7) “State Board” means the State Board of Education.
