§ 3322. Unpaid premiums.
There may be a provision as follows:
“Unpaid Premium:
Upon the payment of a claim under this policy, any premium then due and unpaid or covered by any note or written order may be deducted therefrom.”18 Del. C. 1953, § 3323; 56 Del. Laws, c. 380, § 1; 80 Del. Laws, c. 310, § 1;
