§ 1320 Deduction for unexcused absence.

§ 1320. Deduction for unexcused absence.

For each day's absence for reasons other than those permitted under § 1318 of this title, there shall be deducted 1/1 8 5 in the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1999; 1/1 8 7 in the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2000; 1/1 8 8 for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2001; and each succeeding fiscal year, of the annual salary; 1/2 0 4 in the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1999; 1/2 0 6 in the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2000; 1/2 0 7 for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2001; and each succeeding fiscal year, of the annual salary; 1/2 2 2 for an employee who is employed for 12 months, for each day of unexcused absence.
