CHAPTER 21. GENERAL PROVISIONS CONCERNING LICENSES
§ 2112. Contents of licenses.
Universal Citation: 30 DE Code § 2112 (2017)
Every license issued under this part shall state:
(1) The name and address of the licensee;
(2) The trade, business or occupation for which the license is granted;
(3) The amount of the license fee paid to the State; and
(4) The date of issuance of the license.
