§ 8111. Definitions.
21 DE Code § 8111 (2016) What's This?
As used in this chapter and in the compact with reference to this State:
(1) "Compact administrator" means the Secretary of Transportation.
(2) "Executive head" means the Governor.
(3) "Licensing authority" means the Department of Transportation.
