§ 4812. Effective date.

10 DE Code § 4812 (2016) What's This?

(a) This chapter takes effect on June 28, 2011.

(b) This chapter applies to all actions commenced on or after June 28, 2011, in which the issue of recognition of a foreign-country judgment is raised.
