§ 3009 Approved plan to be recorded.
9 DE Code § 3009 (2015) What's This?
The subdivider shall, within 120 days after the approval of a plan, record such plan in the office of the Recorder of Deeds. If such plan is not recorded within said time, the approval shall expire.
