CHAPTER 82. BOARDS OF ASSESSMENT [EFFECTIVE UNTIL JAN. 8, 2013]
§ 8206. Oath of office [Effective until Jan. 8, 2013]

Each member of a board of assessment, before entering upon such member's duties, shall appear before the county government to take the oath of office prescribed by the Constitution, which oath may be administered by the clerk of the peace, or by any member of the county government, and a minute thereof shall be entered upon the records of the county government.
