CHAPTER 82. BOARDS OF ASSESSMENT [EFFECTIVE UNTIL JAN. 8, 2013]
§ 8205. Disqualification for other offices [Effective until Jan. 8, 2013]
No member of a board of assessment shall, during the time for which the member is appointed, be an elected official of the county governing body, receiver of taxes and county treasurer, or collector of taxes, and no member of such Board for Kent County shall hold any other county or state office.
