§ 6816. Operation of OHVs -- While under the influence of intoxicating liquor or controlled substances.


21 DE Code § 6816 (2012 through 146th Gen Ass) What's This?

A person shall not operate an OHV while under the influence of intoxicating liquor or controlled substances as defined in § 4177 of this title. A violation of this section shall be an unclassified misdemeanor with the penalties set forth in § 6831 of this title.
