CHAPTER 2. DEPARTMENT OF ELECTIONS
§ 205. Confirmation or rejection of appointments.
The Senate shall either confirm or reject any appointment under § 202 or 203 of this title within 10 legislative days of its receipt or said appointment is deemed confirmed.
