2006 Delaware Code - Subchapter II — State Athletic Commission

§§ 111-118. Appointment; term; vacancies; compensation; location of office; organization; Chairman; rules and regulations; quorum; powers and duties; Commissioner or deputy to attend matches; compensation and report; hearings; subpoenas, oaths and perjury; deputies, inspectors, secretary and clerical employees; receipts and disbursements; secretary's bond; report to General Assembly.

Repealed by 63 Del. Laws, c. 150, § 1, eff. July 14, 1981.
