2006 Delaware Code - Subchapter IV — Gifted or Talented Persons

§ 3126. Rules and regulations.

The extent of programs and facilities provided for persons determined to be gifted or talented shall be in accordance with the rules and regulations of the Department as approved by the State Board of Education.
