Section 30-20b. - Out-of-state shipments by package store permit holder.

Universal Citation: CT Gen Stat § 30-20b. (2023)

Notwithstanding the provisions of section 30-68m, the holder of a package store permit issued pursuant to section 30-20 may ship alcoholic liquor to a consumer located out-of-state, subject to all applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which such consumer is located. As used in this section, “out-of-state” means any state other than Connecticut, any territory or possession of the United States, the District of Columbia or the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, but does not include any foreign country.
