Section 19a-673a. - Regulations re uniform debt collection standards for hospitals.

The executive director of the Office of Health Strategy shall adopt regulations, in accordance with chapter 54, to establish uniform debt collection standards for hospitals.

History: June Sp. Sess. P.A. 01-4 effective July 1, 2001; Sept. Sp. Sess.
