Chapter 289 - Broadband Internet Access Service Providers, Community Antenna Television Systems and Competitive Video Service Providers
Section 16-331ii. - Transfer from public, educational and governmental programming and education technology investment account to General Fund.
Universal Citation: CT Gen Stat § 16-331ii. (2023)
Notwithstanding the provisions of section 16-331cc, the sum of three million five hundred thousand dollars shall be transferred from the public, educational and governmental programming and education technology investment account and credited to the resources of the General Fund for the fiscal years ending June 30, 2018, to June 30, 2021, inclusive.

History: June Sp. Sess. P.A. 17-2 effective October 31, 2017; P.A. 19-117 replaced provision re transfer from account for fiscal year ending June 30, 2018, and each fiscal year thereafter with provision re transfer for fiscal years ending June 30, 2018, to June 30, 2021, inclusive, effective July 1, 2019.
