Nothing in sections 9-164b to 9-164e, inclusive, 9-187 and 9-187a, shall affect the election of registrars of voters.

History: P.A. 74-109 deleted justices of the peace, effective upon adoption of an amendment (Senate Joint Resolution No. 22 of the 1973 session) to the Constitution of Connecticut; June Sp. Sess. P.A. 21-2 replaced “9-164a” with “9-164b”, effective January 1, 2022.
