Section 7-148nn. - Municipal partnerships re sharing of services of resident state trooper or other law enforcement personnel.
Universal Citation: CT Gen Stat § 7-148nn. (2022)
Notwithstanding the provisions of the general statutes or any municipal charter or special act to the contrary, any municipality may enter into a partnership with one or more municipalities to share the services of one or more resident state troopers or other law enforcement personnel.
