Section 45a-500. - Uniformity of application and construction of trust.
Universal Citation: CT Gen Stat § 45a-500. (2022)
In applying and construing the uniform provisions of sections 45a-499a to 45a-500a, inclusive, consideration shall be given to the need to promote uniformity of the law with respect to the subject matter among states that enact the uniform provisions.
