Section 22-66 to 22-73. - Petition to Superior Court for taking of land. Conditions for issuance of bonds. Payment of bonds. Improvement bonds. Issuance of bonds; borrowing from state funds. Investment of proceeds. Bonds for construction of store units, office building. Bonds for future development of regional market.
Sections 22-66 to 22-73, inclusive, are repealed, effective July 12, 2021.
