Section 52-460 - Payment of costs.
Universal Citation: CT Gen Stat § 52-460 (2020)
If such property owners do not increase the damages, the applicants for such reassessment shall pay the costs of the application. Otherwise, costs shall be taxed at the discretion of the court.
