Chapter 815t - Juvenile Matters
Section 46b-141 (Formerly Sec. 51-322) to 46b-141b - Length of commitments; motion for extension of commitment; permanency hearing; permanency plan; reopening and termination. Placement of delinquent child in alternative incarceration program. Probation treatment plan.
Sections 46b-141 to 46b-141b are repealed, effective July 1, 2018.
