Section 46b-133l - (Note: This section is effective July 1, 2020.) Report of use of chemical agents or prone restraints on detained juveniles.

Universal Citation: CT Gen Stat § 46b-133l (2020)

Not later than August 1, 2020, and monthly thereafter, the Commissioner of Correction and the executive director of the Court Support Services Division of the Judicial Department shall report to the Juvenile Justice Policy and Oversight Committee established pursuant to section 46b-121n each instance, if any, of use of chemical agents or prone restraints on any person ages seventeen years of age or younger detained in any facility operated or overseen by said commissioner or executive director.
