Section 9-1a - “Municipal clerk” defined.
Universal Citation: CT Gen Stat § 9-1a (2019)
As used in this title, “municipal clerk” or “clerk of the municipality” means the town clerk in or for the municipality to which reference is made, unless otherwise provided by charter or special act.
