Section 8-37kk - Preference to loans for energy efficient projects.
Universal Citation: CT Gen Stat § 8-37kk (2019)
The Department of Economic and Community Development, the Department of Housing and the Connecticut Housing Finance Authority shall give preference to loans for energy efficient projects in all grant and loan programs.

History: P.A. 95-250 and P.A. 96-211 replaced Commissioner and Department of Housing with Commissioner and Department of Economic and Community Development; P.A. 13-234 added “the Department of Housing”, effective July 1, 2013.
