Section 7-87 - Ineligibility for office.

Universal Citation: CT Gen Stat § 7-87 (2019)

No judge, except a judge of probate, shall hold the office of constable.

History: P.A. 82-11 deleted the prohibition against a justice of the peace being a constable.
