Chapter 903a* - Prejudgment Remedies


*An order of the court granting or denying a prejudgment remedy pursuant to provisions of chapter is a final judgment from which an appeal may be taken. 167 C. 623. Chapter makes no reference to dissolution of an attachment; hence does not dissolve attachments previous to its enactment. 168 C. 336. Chapter has no application to the enforcement of mechanics' liens. Id., 371.
