Chapter 817 - Uniform Interstate Family Support Act
Section 46b-341 - Nonparentage as defense.

Universal Citation: CT Gen Stat § 46b-341 (2019)

A party whose parentage of a child has been previously determined by or pursuant to law may not plead nonparentage as a defense to a proceeding under sections 46b-301 to 46b-425, inclusive.
