Chapter 743c - Funeral Service Contracts
- Section 42-200 - *(See end of section for amended version of subsection (d) and effective date.) Funeral service contracts: Definitions; requirements. Funeral service establishment to maintain copies of contracts. Notification to purchaser of transfer of more than fifty per cent ownership or of closure.
