Section 38a-573 - Validity of separate provisions.
Universal Citation: CT Gen Stat § 38a-573 (2019)
If any provision of section 38a-564, 38a-566, 38a-567 or 38a-569 is held invalid, the invalidity shall not affect other provisions of said sections that can be given effect without the invalid provisions.
