Section 36a-589 - (Formerly Sec. 36-573). Violations.
Universal Citation: CT Gen Stat § 36a-589 (2019)
A violation of any of the provisions of sections 36a-580 to 36a-589, inclusive, shall be deemed an unfair or deceptive trade practice under subsection (a) of section 42-110b.
