Chapter 416 - Department of Consumer Protection
Section 21a-3a - Public awareness campaign for elderly consumers re resistance to marketing tactics and scams.

Universal Citation: CT Gen Stat § 21a-3a (2019)

The Department of Consumer Protection, in collaboration with the Department of Social Services, shall conduct a public awareness campaign, within available funding, to educate elderly consumers and caregivers on ways to resist aggressive marketing tactics and scams.
