Section 12-565a - Regulations on wagering on sporting events.
Universal Citation: CT Gen Stat § 12-565a (2019)
The Commissioner of Consumer Protection shall adopt regulations, in accordance with the provisions of chapter 54, to regulate wagering on sporting events to the extent permitted by state and federal law.
