Where transferee of fraudulently transferred assets reconveys those assets to transferor and there is no claim that the assets depreciated in value between time of the fraudulent transfer and time of the reconveyance, it was held that transferee may not be held liable for damages under Uniform Fraudulent Transfer Act. 266 C. 1.
