Section 36a-612 - Notification of change in list of authorized delegates or locations.

Universal Citation: CT Gen Stat § 36a-612 (2018)

A licensee, as defined in section 36a-596, shall notify the Banking Commissioner in writing not later than fifteen days after any change in the list of the licensee's authorized delegates or locations where the licensee or the licensee's authorized delegates engage in the business of money transmission in this state. Such notice shall state the name and address of each location and authorized delegate removed or added to the licensee's list.
