Section 21a-160 - Operation of food warehouse. Registration. Fee.

Universal Citation: CT Gen Stat § 21a-160 (2018)

No person, firm or corporation shall operate a food warehouse without having obtained a certificate of registration from the Commissioner of Consumer Protection. Application for a certificate of registration shall be on forms prescribed by the commissioner. The commissioner shall issue a certificate of registration to an applicant who has completed such forms to the satisfaction of the commissioner and has paid the registration fee. A certificate of registration shall be valid for one year and the fee for such certificate of registration shall be twenty dollars.
